Refund and Return Policy

We have a no-change-of-mind return policy; all orders are final at the time of purchase.  
If a product is faulty or defective, the customer will need to email hello@stamphit.com with their name, order number, photo, and description of the defect. We will review and work towards a satisfactory solution in a timely matter. If item is damaged, faulty, or defective please email within 7 days of receiving the product.  
We will not be responsible for:
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail (Please contact the shipping company as they will be responsible for the package once it has been collected).
  • Delays caused by the shipping company.
  • Change of mind on a personalised product.
