STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUR FABRIC NAME STAMPS

STEP 1: PREPARE YOUR STAMP
Always test first! Stamp on plain paper before each use to remove excess ink and ensure clean impressions. This prevents blotting and gives you perfect results every time.

Why this matters: Fresh stamps can have excess ink that causes smudging. Testing ensures crisp, professional-looking labels.

STEP 2: CHOOSE THE RIGHT LOCATION
Target thick fabric areas like hems, collars, waistbands, or existing tags. This prevents the ink from showing through to the other side of the garment.

Best spots for different items:

• School uniforms: Inside collar, hem, or care label

• Sports gear: Waistband, collar, or equipment tags

• Lunchboxes/bags: Flat surfaces or existing labels • Shoes: Tongue, inside heel, or sole edge

STEP 3: STAMP WITH CONFIDENCE
Position your stamp and press firmly straight down. Lift straight up without rocking or sliding. The impression should be clear and complete.

Pro tip: Practice on scrap fabric first to get the feel for the right pressure.

STEP 4: LET IT SET
Wait 10 minutes for the ink to dry completely before handling. For maximum durability, wait 24 hours before the first wash.

During this time: The ink bonds permanently with the fabric fibers, creating a waterproof seal.

STEP 5: STORE PROPERLY
Close the lid immediately after each use to prevent your stamp from drying out. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Your stamp will stay fresh and ready for up to 1,000 uses when stored properly.
