Why 14 days? Each stamp is individually crafted to your specifications using high-quality materials. This ensures perfect results that last 1,000+ uses.

READY-MADE STAMPS & ACCESSORIES
Standard Processing: 3-6 business days
Busy Periods: Up to 2.5 weeks

Ready-made items include refill inks, white tape, and non-personalised stamps.

MIXED ORDERS
Important: If you order custom stamps with ready-made items, everything ships together when your custom stamps are ready. This ensures you receive your complete order in one package.

Want ready-made items faster? Place separate orders and they'll ship independently.

OUR POLICY EXPLAINED
Due to the custom nature of our products, we operate a no-change-of-mind return policy. All orders are final once placed and production begins.

Why this policy? Each stamp is individually created with your specific text and design. We cannot resell personalised items to other customers.

WHAT WE DO COVER
DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your stamp arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly:

Step 1: Email hello@stamphit.com within 7 days of delivery
Step 2: Include in your email:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Clear photos of the defect
• Description of the problem

Step 3: We'll review and work toward a satisfactory solution quickly

Possible solutions:
• Full replacement at no cost
• Partial refund if repair is possible
• Store credit for future purchases


WHAT WE DON'T COVER


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
• Change of mind on personalised products
• Spelling errors in customer-provided text (please double-check!)
• Font/design preferences after production begins
• Delivery delays caused by shipping companies
• Lost packages after courier collection (contact shipping company)

SHIPPING COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY
Once your package is collected by the courier:
• Lost packages: Contact Australia Post or courier directly
• Delivery delays: Shipping company handles inquiries
• Damaged in transit: We'll help coordinate with shipping company
