How do I customise my stamp?
Simply enter your desired text in the customisation field on the product page. We can accommodate names, initials, or short phrases.
Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Custom stamp orders cannot be modified once production begins (usually within 24 hours). For ready-made items, contact hello@stamphit.com immediately and we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer bulk discounts for schools or businesses?
Yes! Contact hello@stamphit.com for custom quotes on orders of 10+ stamps. We offer special pricing for schools, daycares, and businesses.
What's the maximum text length for stamps?
We recommend keeping text to 1-2 lines with 10-15 characters per line for optimal clarity. Longer text may result in smaller, harder-to-read stamps.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take for my personalised stamp to be shipped?
Custom stamps are ready within 14 business days. Ready-made stamps ship within 3-6 days. During busy periods (back-to-school, holidays), allow up to 2.5 weeks.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express shipping (1-4 business days) is available for $14.40 within Australia. Note: This only speeds up delivery, not custom stamp production time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Allow 48 hours for tracking to become active.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Contact hello@stamphit.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and resolve the issue quickly.
USING YOUR STAMP
Can I use my personalised stamp on thin clothing?
If your item has a thick band (like a collar or hem), stamp there as the ink won't seep through. For thin items, use the white tape supplied with your order, or stamp existing clothing tags instead.
What surfaces can I stamp on?
Our fabric stamps work best on cotton but can also be used on polyester, canvas, and fabric blends, depending on the quality.
How many uses will I get out of my personalised stamp?
Each stamp provides up to 1,000 clear impressions before needing a refill or replacement.
How long does the ink take to dry?
Allow 10 minutes for the ink to dry before handling. For best results, wait 24 hours before washing stamped items.
Do I need to prepare the stamp before first use?
Yes! Always test stamp on plain paper first to remove excess ink and ensure clean impressions.

How do I store my stamp properly?
Always close the lid immediately after use to prevent drying out. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
My stamp is drying out - what should I do?
First, ensure you're closing the lid after each use. If the stamp is still drying out, you may need a refill. Contact us if the stamp is less than 6 months old.
Can I get a replacement if my stamp breaks?
Yes! We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact hello@stamphit.com with photos of the damaged stamp and your order number.

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Custom stamps cannot be returned unless defective. Ready-made items can be returned in original condition.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email hello@stamphit.com within 7 days with photos and description. Include your order number for faster service. We'll make it right!
Are your stamps safe for children?
Our inks are non-toxic, but stamps should be kept out of reach of children and used under adult supervision.
