Shipment processing time
All personalised stamp orders will be shipped within 2 weeks. (unless purchased during a busy period which allow up to 2.5 weeks)
Non personalised stamp orders will be shipped within 3-6 days. (unless purchased during a busy period which allow up to 2.5 weeks)
If you order any non pre order items with pre order items they will be shipped together.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an email notification from us when your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If there is an issue with tracking number please contact the shipping company direct.

Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email hello@stamphit.com with a photo and a description within 7 days of receiving the products. We will review and respond in a timely manner and work towards a fair solution.
Returns Policy
We have a no change of mind return policy; all orders are final at time of purchase.
If a product is faulty or defective, the customer will need to email hello@stamphit.com with their name, order number, photo and description of the defect. We will review and work towards a satisfactory solution in a timely matter. If item is damaged, faulty, or defective please email within 7 days of receiving the product.
