Returns Policy
We have a no change of mind return policy; all orders are final at time of purchase.
If a product is faulty or defective, the customer will need to email hello@stamphit.com with their name, order number, photo and description of the defect. We will review and work towards a satisfactory solution in a timely matter. If item is damaged, faulty, or defective please email within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will not be responsible for
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail (Please contact the shipping company as they will be responsible for the package once it has been collected.)
Delays caused by the shipping company
